From preliminary pricing to bidding to architectural, we cover every aspect of the project. We offer early design to full design, construction drawings, permitting, financing sources and construction. Full service is our motto. We can package the deal by providing architects, engineers and lenders.
The Founder and President
Ken Heidtmann graduated in 1973 from Sam Houston State University and opened his business in 1980. For the last 31 years he has specialized in home building and commercial construction. His expertise combined with decades of successful building projects ensures that each client receives superior service and a quality end-product. His company operates with the premise that every client is unique. From commercial to residential, client satisfaction is the priority and foundation of his company.
